We were born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and graduated in 2001 which has a bachelors degree in psychology. Throughout my latter years with the University, I worked with the biopsychology laboratory doing research on personality as well as the growth and development of hypertension. Inside last season of school, my interests took a turn toward studying anatomy and human movement. As an alternative to pursuing a Masters <a href=http://addonix.com/images/events/home.asp?q=225>http://addonix.com/images/events/home.asp?q=225</a> degree in psychology all night into counseling, To start to go in the fitness field.

I started doing work in the fitness industry in 2001 first to become a group exercise instructor. I obtained certifications with Reebok Cycle, Body Pump, ResistABall and many others. At first, my primary focus was weight reducing and coaching female runners. From a year teaching group exercise classes and working to provide a trainer, I started to find a bond between improper movement patterns and injuries. This led me towards bodywork field so i went straight back to school for any diploma for massage. I graduated in 2003 receiving extensive learning in anatomy and kinesiology. I studied a number of massage including, neuromuscular therapy, swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Ever since, I actually have received coaching in medical massage, passive stretching techniques and neuromuscular therapy.

In December 2003 immediately after graduating with my massage diploma, I relocated to California and commenced working part-time being massage therapist and in their free time as the fitness trainer. Within a couple years I started to use the right concern in nutrition and supplementation and my mentor afflicted me with a book titled "How to Eat Move turn out to be Healthy, by Paul Chek. I found myself so inspired through book which the following year I attended a certification program bought at the CHEK Institute for Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. Because of this certification I attained the realizing that that should be truly fit and healthy, exercise cannot be really the only focus. Factors such as <a href=http://addonix.com/images/events/home.asp?q=220>http://addonix.com/images/events/home.asp?q=220</a> stress, diet, thoughts, breathing and sleep must all <a href=http://kundan.com/pics/index.asp?q=936>レイバン 激安 4165</a> be addressed, which brought me full circle to my foundational training in psychology.

Now i'm now capable to blend the very best of my education in psychology, movement, nutrition, massage and reducing stress to work with and educate each client teaching you how to achieve lifelong health
