The American Council on Exercise weighs in on toning shoes

Dr. Najia Shakoor works in Chicago being studying shoes particularly the best ones should you have arthritis. This lady has said no to toning shoes.

Her studies have shown that flat, flexible footwear is more jointfriendly, and that is precisely what shoes that rock are usually not! Apart from her findings the shoes are dangerous to your toes, she doesn't think each one does much for people who don't possess arthritis.

Dr. Shakoor states, "Your posture improves given that you are wearing a volatile shoe, so you will have to balance yourself by taking a stand straight. ."More studies needed to see who they may be befitting." source
