| NIKE NAMES NEW CORPORATE TREASURER
BEAVERTON, Ore., <a href=http://vaarschoolalbatros.nl/images/nb.html>ニューバランス レディース</a> April 20 /PRNewswire/ NIKE Inc. (NYSE: NKE; PSE), the planet's leading sports and fitness company, today announced the appointment of Marcia A. Stilwell, 42, towards position of corporate treasurer effective May 1. She's going to replace George E. Porter, 62, NIKE's current treasurer that can officially retire on June 30.
Stilwell is often a 12year veteran with NIKE and has now spent one more A on the finance department. She was promoted to assistant treasurer in November 1990. Her responsibilities as treasurer need to include oversight of most cash management activities including investment portfolios, foreign currency and rate of risk management, many global banking, credit and funds investment relationships. Could also keep work as trustee to the company's profit sharing and 401(k) retirement plans.
NIKE President Richard K. Donahue stated, "I'm able to welcome Marcia into her new role as corporate treasurer. My wife done a good job throughout the last Decades of m job could be very demanding, specially in light of NIKE's aggressive wants to expand and grow internationally.
