The most important community alert was issued on December 9th by the Detective Division in Area 25th District via ClearPath. It tells how the 16year old female was walking while in the 12,700 block of S. Sangamon S(932 West), when a mystery male black offender placed a greuling object in her back and forced her into an alley where he sexually assaulted the victim.
It says the offender is really a Black male, about 5'10, weighting about 220 pounds by having a light complexion and wearing a black mask, dark jeans and light-weight brown "Timberland" boots.

The victim ended up being sexually assaulted with the offender. Upon fleeing the offender stated to victim, "Count to 100" and fled on an unknown direction.
On Monday, December 27, 2010 at approximately 7:00 pm, a 26year old female, while walking in your 118th block between South Racine St. (1200 West) and Elizabeth St. (1332 West), was approached by a mysterious male black who grabbed her from behind placing a gun to her head and forced her within the alley inside the 117th block of South Throop St. (1300 West). The victim ended up being sexually assaulted through the offender. Upon fleeing Offender stated to victim," Count to 100" and fled on an unknown direction.
The offender was referred to as men black, 5'075'09, 150180 lbs, by having a darkish complexion. The offender was wearing a black scarf, black sweat pants, black sweater, and black gym shoes.
