| Buttermilk Biscuits Recipe
Biscuits were good but, as others have noted, the dough was very sticky, needed a whole lot of flour added. Actually, i know the recipe needs 1/4 c of flour for being added when dough has folded and rolled into 1/2 inch disk, but, the dough is very sticky, this is certainly difficult, if they are not impossible.
I'd personally strongly suggest adding extra flour to dough while dough holds in bowl. Once dough is workable, not necessarily sticky, transfer it towards a dusted flour surface to roll and cut.
Biscuits had nice flavor once consistency achieved in dough however, the recipe is written poorly. I was able to change it somewhat. Had cake flour but not selfrising so accustomed regular allpurpose flour increased baking powder to 1 whole teaspoon, soda to 1/4 tea.
