| Buttermilk Biscuits Recipe
Biscuits were good but, as others have noted, the dough was very sticky, needed a large amount of flour added. I understand the recipe will involve 1/4 c of flour to always be added when dough has folded and rolled into 1/2 inch disk, but, the dough is extremely sticky, this is definitely difficult, if it's not impossible.
I would strongly suggest adding extra flour to dough while dough continues in bowl. Once dough is workable, now not sticky, transfer it into a dusted flour surface to roll and cut.
Biscuits had nice flavor once consistency achieved in dough however recipe is written poorly. Thus, only two <a href=http://www.canadabusiness.ab.ca/abds/uggs.html>http://www.canadabusiness.ab.ca/abds/uggs.html</a> stars. When you are performing more exacting cooking (baking, I expect a recipe whereby I don have to make modifications.

I conducted put it back a little bit of. Had cake flour however it is not selfrising very much accustomed regular allpurpose flour increased baking powder to just one whole teaspoon, soda to 1/4 tea.
